QuestMark is a solo RPG adventure that transforms your reading journey into a captivating quest. As you delve into your chosen book, you'll roll a d6 at the end of each chapter or after every 10 pages to determine encounters ranging from beneficial item discoveries to treacherous traps or menacing monsters. Choose from six base character classes—Warrior, Mage, Rogue, Druid, Bard or Cleric—each offering unique skills and abilities to navigate the challenges that lie ahead. Your inventory will grow with items inspired by the text, each playing a pivotal role in your final showdown with the book's boss. Level up, strategize with your gathered items, and use the very words of the book as your weapons. By the time you reach the end of your book, not only will you have enjoyed its narrative but you'll also have embarked on a parallel adventure of your own!
6 Add-On Classes
With these 6 add-on classes, you can have even more depth in your "QuestMark” adventures. Now you can step into the shoes of a crafty Artificer, a righteous Paladin, a mysterious Warlock, an eerie Necromancer, an agile Monk, or even a nature-savvy Ranger.

What paper size do you recommend for printing?
I just used regular 11x8.5 size printer paper. If you use the Jpegs then you can do 2 to a page!
Haven't tried it yet, but I'm curious if I can use this for comics like manga.

Pretty cool concept and very inspiring! :)
I checked out your game, and I must say I love the concept! However, is there a design reason for leveling only benefiting your opponents? It just seems to me there is no real incentive to play then other than as an excuse to read. Unless that is the whole point and I'm just missing it.

You're right, that's really the main point-reading motivation :)
I wanted the difficulty to level with the length of the book and how far you are in it thus having the leveling benefit opponents.
