The Long Sleep

'The Long Sleep' is a solo journaling tabletop RPG set against the backdrop of an interstellar voyage. As a cyclically-awakening crew member aboard the generation ship Eternity, you embark on a journey that spans centuries, documenting the evolving story of humanity as it reaches for a new home among the stars.

In this game, you create a unique character who wakes, dreams, and sleeps in cycles, each time awaking to a different world within the ship. Guided by dice rolls and an array of thematic tables, you navigate changes in the ship's status, society, personal relationships, and unexpected events. Your experiences are recorded in journal entries, painting a vivid picture of life aboard the Eternity.

After a set number of cycles, your accumulated narrative guides you towards one of four different endgame scenarios. Your chronicle shapes the destiny of the Eternity and its passengers.
